• The house is in a very quiet part of town, the only sounds to wake you will be the birds in the morning.

• Patio with picnic table and brick built BBQ at rear of house, a large side garden with adjoining patio & herb garden. Selection of garden chairs, recliners and outdoor games equipment .
• Vegetable plot and greenhouse with seasonal fruit and vegetables.
• There is a chicken hut and enclosure with 4 free range hens providing 3 or 4 fresh eggs every morning. These have proved a big hit with families, children especially like feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs each morning.
• Detached brick built garage converted into a garden room with two settees, a television and a selection of games as a retreat from or for the kids.
